8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Courses

Mindfulness frees us from the conditioning that governs and limits our lives. This results in the flourishing of our human potential to make choices about how we live in connection with ourselves and our world. The course is designed to help us live more meaningful lives by training to become present, respond with compassion and to see deeply our habitual patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
We do this by providing a long-term systematic training in Mindfulness for living day to day life.
There will be talks, guided meditations, small group exercises and group discussion.

1) Starting Where We Are,
2) The Body as a Place to Stay Present,
3) Introducing Mindfulness Support,
4) Working with Distraction,
5) Exploring the Undercurrent,
6) Attitude of the Observer,
8) A Mindfulness Based Life,

Over the duration of this course you will gain the following tools:
