ONE YEAR MINDFULNESS TRAINING AND 5-DAY RETREAT
This programme is a comprehensive training in mindfulness, suitable for both beginners and for those who already have a mindfulness practice. Participants will be taught progressive skills in mindfulness through presentations, guided practice and tutorial sessions. A strong emphasis is placed on experiential learning, and for this reason there are home
assignments between weekends that include regular mindfulness practice, daily life exercises and journal writing.
The first three modules will take place over three weekends, spread out over the course of a year. These shall take place in April, June and September. The fourth module is a 5-day residential retreat in the North West Province from 11th-15th October. This 5-day Mindfulness retreat offers a deepening practice for all, even if you have not attended the one year course.
